If you purchased this vehicle through distance selling (online, email, or WhatsApp), you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.
Deadline: Send this notice before the 14-day period expires.
Legal basis: Finnish Consumer Protection Act Chapter 6; EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Effects of withdrawal / Peruuttamisen seuraukset
Reimbursement: We will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving this notice.
Vehicle Return: If delivered to your home, we will collect it at our expense. You are not required to return the car before collection is arranged.
Depreciation: Driving up to 100 km for inspection is acceptable. Beyond this, a fee of approx. €0.10/km may apply.
