Look through the available cars. Download the condition report for any car you are interested in — it is there before you contact me, not after. Read it carefully. If a fault is listed that you are not comfortable with, move on. I would rather you find the right car than buy the wrong one from me.
Message me on WhatsApp and request a live walkthrough. I will show you the car in real time — you direct the camera, you ask the questions. This takes around 20 minutes. There is no commitment from requesting a walkthrough. I want you to see everything before you decide.
If you want to see the car in person before committing, I welcome viewings by appointment in Vaasa. Contact me via WhatsApp and we will arrange a time. There is no showroom — we meet at the car's location. This is also an option for a test drive on agreed local roads.
Note: This step is optional. Many buyers complete their purchase based on the condition report and live walkthrough.
When you are ready, I prepare a written sale/purchase agreement. This includes the full vehicle details, agreed price, payment terms, delivery arrangement, and your statutory rights. I explain every section in plain English (or Finnish/Swedish if you prefer) before you sign. Payment is by bank transfer (IBAN). No payment is made until both parties have agreed in writing.
Your vehicle is delivered through Autoydin's authorized delivery partner. Before dispatch from Vaasa, the vehicle's condition and odometer reading are verified and documented on video, which is shared with you. All documents, including the handover record, are signed electronically prior to or at delivery. The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the time of confirmed electronic handover.
Note: The delivery partner acts on behalf of Autoydin, and I remain your primary contact for all matters before and after delivery.

It depends on you. The live walkthrough takes about 20 minutes. If you want an in-person viewing, we can arrange that within a few days. Once you decide to proceed, the contract and delivery typically take 5-7 business days. You are in control of the timeline.
Absolutely. If you want an independent inspection, you are welcome to bring a mechanic during an in-person viewing. The condition report I provide is from a certified mechanic, but I understand you may want your own inspection.
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Finnish consumer law. This period begins from the time of confirmed electronic handover. You can withdraw from the purchase during this period without penalty.
Payment is by bank transfer (IBAN). I will provide you with the payment details in the contract. No payment is made until both parties have agreed in writing and signed the contract.
The car is delivered to your location through Autoydin's authorized delivery partner. We arrange the delivery address and timeline in the contract. The delivery partner will contact you to confirm details.
Contact me directly. I stand behind every vehicle I sell. If there is a fault that was not disclosed or documented in the condition report, I will address it. You are also protected by Finnish consumer law and can contact the Consumer Disputes Board if needed.
Currently, payment is by bank transfer only. I do not offer financing directly, but you may be able to arrange financing through your bank or a third-party lender. Contact me to discuss your specific situation.
